Dr. Woldt spent eight years working for global consumer goods manufacturing companies starting his career as an operations supervisor at Frito Lay (PepsiCo) prior to spending seven years in various supply chain capacities at Kohler Company. At Kohler Co., Dr. Woldt started as a customer synchronization analyst and then later transitioned to Sr. Project Analyst and then Supply Chain Manager roles. In these customer interfacing roles, Dr. Woldt consulted with strategic wholesale distributors using data and analytics to optimize purchases, deliveries, and inventory throughout the global supply chain.
