Program Description
The pace of disruption in today’s world requires leaders who can thrive in ambiguity and guide their organizations through complex, unpredictable challenges. Unlike technical change—where solutions are clear—adaptive change demands new thinking, experimentation, and resilience. Leaders will learn to distinguish between technical and adaptive challenges, cultivate flexibility in their leadership approach, and engage teams in co-creating solutions when the path forward is unclear.

Kiesha Bamiro is the CEO & Senior Consultant at The Coaching Consultant, where she develops and implements trainings for small business owners, nonprofits, corporations, and school districts on various best practices in leadership development. She was formerly the Director of the MBA Education Leadership program at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare. Later, she received a Masters in Urban Education from Cardinal Stritch University. She also completed the National Principal Fellowship Program in New York through Relay Graduate School of Education. She graduated from MSOE with a Masters in Business Administration in Education Leadership. She is a doctoral student, Doctorate in Business Administration at Concordia University Chicago.
