Eric Saeger is a project management professional, engineer, and educator with extensive experience leading global projects and business strategy. As a Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, he develops and teaches courses in Project Management for Engineers and Engineering Economics, specializing in waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
