Program Description
Disclaimer: It is recommended that students taking this MSOE prep course have first completed 35 hours of project management training through MSOE CPE or other recognized providers. You should already be familiar with information in the PMBOK®, and be ready for practice exam questions.
If you're interested in preparing for the PMP® certification exam and earning this high-value credential from PMI® (Project Management Institute), this course is for you. With potential changes to the exam format and content expected in 2027, 2026 is an ideal time to take the exam under the current structure. The PMP certification requires a significant commitment to learning and preparation to succeed.
Who Should Attend:
- Those with a minimum of a minimum of 35 contact hours of formal project management education and either a four-year degree with 36 months of project management experience
- Or a high school diploma/associate's degree with 60 months of experience,
- All gained within the last eight years.
Learning Objectives:
Day 1: Build Your Foundation (March 25, 2026)
By the end of day 1, you will achieve the following outcomes by meeting these learning objectives:
- Understand the PMP exam requirements and application process, resulting in a clear, verified plan to submit your application to PMI.
- Learn the current exam's structure and format, so you know exactly what to expect on test day.
- Review core concepts and key topics, establishing a solid foundational understanding of the PMP material.
- Start practicing with sample exam questions, which will help you identify your strong and weak areas and provide a basis for your personal study plan.
Day 2: Master the Material & Strategy (June 3, 2026)
By the end of day 2, you will achieve the following outcomes by meeting these learning objectives:
- Dive deeper into the most important and complex exam topics, building the confidence to tackle difficult questions.
- Practice with advanced, scenario-based questions, significantly improving your ability to analyze and answer the exam's trickiest problems.
- Learn proven test-taking strategies and tips, equipping you with a practical toolkit to manage your time and reduce stress.
- Review and solidify key processes, leaving you feeling fully prepared, confident, and ready to schedule your exam.

Claude currently works as a Senior Project Manager at Veolia North America. Prior to this, Claude served as the Chief Project Officer at Senta Technologies LLC. Claude also volunteered as the President (Elect) of the PMI Milwaukee Chapter at PMI-Milwaukee/SE WI Chapter. In addition, Claude has held significant positions at Charter Manufacturing, ISO, Johnson Controls, MillerCoors, CNH, Serigraph, and Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc., where he has contributed to the development and implementation of various IT projects and programs.
