Stepping into management is a big shift. This three-part, 9-hour self-paced series helps early career leaders, and newly promoted managers build the practical habits needed to lead from day one. Through Thinking Strategically, Aligning Your Team, and Driving Accountability, participants learn how to shift from task ownership to team leadership, set clearer expectations, align people around shared priorities, and follow through with confidence.

By the end, participants leave with practical tools, stronger confidence, and a clearer plan for leading their team well. Participants will earn a digital badge upon completion of all three workshops.
