PM301 - Intro to Project Management and Project Initiation

Program Description

This introductory class is opened to anyone who wishes to learn more about the project management discipline, the Project Manager role. We will cover many key concepts at a high level, and several of them are further explored in other classes of this program.

• Anyone who is looking to enhance their project management skills

• Identify and distinguish among different PMBoK project performance domains
• Articulate possible development approaches for meeting project objectives
• Develop a project charter for a practical project management scenario
• Discuss the planning process and apply planning concepts to a practical scenario
